Managing Complexity and Dynamics with Agile Teams

In times of higher than ever complexity and dynamics simply managing projects and change well increasingly does not suffice anymore. Higher levels of organizational agility and flexibility are often impossible to achieve with the established organization. New approaches are required. Agile project management has proven itself and many organizations now want to bring agile ways of working into other teams in the organization.

This workshops explores the challenges and approaches of building agile teams in an organization touching on topics like agile leadership, how to build an agile culture, and forming high-performing diverse and heterogenous cross-functional teams.

Using interactive formats like work groups, serious Lego and gaming you will explore the foundations of agile teams and discover how to extend and apply your knowledge and experience as a project manager managing temporary organization to help your company to become more agile beyond projects.

Target audience:

Existing and aspiring project managers and related roles like PMO and Project Portfolio Managers without or without agile project management experience, line managers and executives.

 Wolfgang Rabl Wolfgang Rabl, CEO & founder

Wolfgang Rabl is the founder and owner of next level consulting with more than 25 years of experience in professionalizing project management in large organizations through trainings, executive coaching, standardization, career models and the implementation of PMOs. He teaches project management at the Salzburg business school and Vienna university.
