A Project manager with over 18 years of experience in various domains, departments and types of projects, Aish has seamlessly navigated projects from telecom, software development, banking, IT infrastructure, process optimisation and movie visual effects. With PMP, ITIL, Agile certifications and a MSc in Project Management. Aish is passionate about project management and the evolution of project managers, and management methodologies in today's complex business landscape.

Emily Goh is currently a Engagement and Delivery Lead at RGP Asia Pacific, bringing experience from previous roles at Johnson & Johnson, The Patio Singapore, The International Baccalaureate and Accenture.
With a robust skill set that includes Leadership, Virtual Teams, PMO, Portfolio Management, Business Analysis and more, Emily contributes valuable insights to the industry.
Ellen Alexandra Wong is an Associate Director for Programming and Delay Services with DGA Group (Singapore). She has more than 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager and Superintending Officer’s Representative on commercial, infrastructure, and nature attraction projects.
She completed a Masters, Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, Kings College London and has now parlayed her practical project delivery experience into assisting appointed experts on international disputes, with a particular focus on delay matters in commercial, civil, and infrastructure projects. Her experience offers her a unique perspective and appreciation to the ongoing challenges in construction projects and enables her to consider technical and delay matters practical and sensible manner.
James Wong is the Deputy Director heading the Tuas Port Reclamation 1 department and holds a concurrent portfolio as the Innovation Lead in the Engineering and Project Management Division, the division that leads the planning and execution of infrastructural and building developments for the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore.
He has successfully delivered in EPC and Developer roles in various civil and coastal projects across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Most notably, he was the developer’s Project Director for the recently completed Tuas Port Phase 1 reclamation in Singapore and he is now heading the next phase of Tuas Port reclamation.
James is involved in driving many game-changing initiatives to keep Maritime Singapore at the forefront of engineering innovations in reclamation work. His initiatives have improved productivity, sustainability, safety, and achieved significant cost savings, particularly in the Tuas Port Phase 1 reclamation project. He was most recently awarded the Public Sector Transformation Exemplary Innovator 2022 Award (Individual).
Kevin Wheeler is a globally known speaker, author, futurist, and consultant in talent management, human capital acquisition and learning & development. He has founded a number of organisations including the Future of Talent Institute, Global Learning Resources, Inc. and the Australasian Talent Conference, Ltd.
He speaks frequently at conferences and events globally, and advises firms on talent strategy. He has authored 2 books and numerous articles and white papers.

Mark Lines is the Founder of XRC Consulting Inc. where he has helped organisations around the world transform from traditional to lean and agile enterprises, for over thirty years.
He is also co-creator of Disciplined Agile with Scott W. Ambler and co-author of several books on Disciplined Agile (DA) including “Choose your WoW” translated into 8 languages. He has over 30 years of experience helping organisations around the world to be successful with solution delivery using Agile, Lean, Traditional, and Hybrid approaches. Mark is a frequent keynote speaker at industry conferences worldwide and spoke at PMI SG Chapter Symposium in 2020. He lives in Calgary, Alberta in the foothills of the Canadian Rockies.
Michael Koh is an established Agile leader with more than 20 years of experience in managing and leading digital transformations across Asia Pacific markets, in particular within Singapore and Australia.
As a transformation practitioner, Michael sees himself as a hands-on Agile pragmatist who is actively involved in enabling new ways of working across the squads, programs and leadership team towards an outcome driven organisation.
Ravi Agarwal is a pioneer of the agile mindset, having led software engineering teams in the financial services industry for over a decade in agile delivery. He expresses a lifelong passion for technology though he views the individual and their humanity as the primary source of transformation.
He has previously held senior technology management roles in firms such as Credit Suisse, Barclays Capital and OCBC (Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation).
Renee Cutaia is a direct, go getter from Kansas City, Kansas (USA). Renee was not born to stay still and has had the fortunate opportunity to live in Cork, Ireland for 5yrs and now Singapore (nearly 6yrs). Her nearly 20yr career journey started as a Cream Cheese QC manager in the backwaters of Texas to her current role as R&D Operations Compliance & Capacity Project Manager for Nutrition covering ASEAN.
In her current role, she manages the Asia R&D Ops resource pool, overseas the base business portfolio and leads the Global Nutrition Compliance Planning. Ultimately, she helps to keep the business running in the face of unexpected out of stocks, new / changing regulations, changes in sourcing strategy and limited resources. The work isn’t glamourous, but it keeps the shelves filled and in her current company, Reckitt/Mead Johnson Nutrition, that means keeping babies fed.
SoHyun Kang is the Regional Managing Director of PMI’s Asia Pacific region. SoHyun is responsible for growing markets and delivering positive values to individuals, organisations, and societies in the Asia Pacific region.
In 2014, she joined PMI to establish the PMI Asia Pacific office in Singapore. Since then, she has led teams for chapter engagement, volunteer development, corporate engagement, channel sales, marketing & communications, and events.
With close to 20 years of experience in professional association management, SoHyun previously led the development of regional growth strategies and implementations for growing communities of MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) and ISPE (International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering) in the Asia Pacific region.
SoHyun holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Korea University and graduated executive program at the National University of Singapore. She is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) and DASM (Disciplined Agile Scrum Master).
Vishal Khattri is a Professional Services and Customer Success leader with 20+ years of experience in professional services, software implementation and development - across Maritime, e-Commerce, and Banking industries - including IaaS and SaaS platforms utilising AWS (Amazon Web Services) EC2.
With more than 18 years of Program and Project Management experience in both customer-facing and internal enterprise projects, he is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
