The PMI Singapore Chapter’s Major Infrastructure and Industrial Projects (MIIP) Special Interest Group (SIG) is proud to host MIIP Series #12, an executive-level webinar designed for senior Project professionals and transformation leaders aiming to elevate their leadership capacity in complex project environments.

In today’s high-stakes project landscape, where scope shifts, tight timelines, and stakeholder complexity are the norm, senior project leaders are expected to deliver consistent results while maintaining team wellbeing and strategic focus.

This executive MIIP Series #12 event is designed specifically for experienced project managers and transformation leaders. Drawing on practical insights and evidence-based frameworks, we will unpack a proven approach to sustaining peak performance in fast-paced, high-pressure environments without compromising mental clarity or team resilience.

This webinar builds the cognitive infrastructure for next-level leadership in modern project ecosystems.

You’ll hear from two powerful voices in modern leadership.
