In this age of disruptive innovations, digital transformations and agility, intra- and technopreneurs are in high demand by many multinational, corporate companies as they are seen the elixirs and able to help companies survive or even be forerunners in their industries, especially during data-digital related transformation campaigns or strategy deployment. Beyond that, these characteristics are increasingly being sought-after in individual candidates for operation and execution roles. Are Project Managers still relevant? Where do Project Managers fit in - What project management approaches can be used to support innovation instead of killing or bogging it down, especially in corporate environments?
This presentation highlights the best practices and learning from the speaker’s industry and innovation experience, with case studies, and the impact of the wave of data-digital transformations across industries in recent times on project management approaches to achieve results.
