Webinar: Lean, Agile and Disciplined Agile: How these approaches can benefit your organisation
(Webinar) Lean, Agile and Disciplined Agile: How these approaches can benefit your organisation
A single Agile framework may not work effectively for different teams and across all projects. Your organisation may have multiple approaches to deliver values to customers, are they effective? What are the ways to improve your team’s performance across all organisation areas?
Disciplined Agile (DA) enables you to choose your way of working (WoW) that fits your team’s context. Based on Lean and Agile principles, the Disciplined Agile provides strategies to improve your processes and strengthen your teams. The principles, guidelines and DA tool kit will continue to support your company journey towards business agility.
This short talk provides an introduction to the Disciplined Agile, its principles, guidelines and DA tool kit. Group discussions are included for networking and discuss about DA and/or your Agile challenges.
