• When you complete the program, you will receive your DASSM exam invitation. You have 60 days to take the exam to attain your DASSM credential.

Presentation and Discussion Method: 

• Hands-on collaborative course with a pdf textbook (from PMI), we will use Google Board and Sheet.

• This course will be held via Zoom including breakout rooms, please ensure to have Zoom Meeting Client installed on your computer (please don't use the web browser version to join). You can download the Zoom from here: https://zoom.us/download.

During the workshop:

• We will be using Google board and spreadsheet to collaborate and co-create together;
• Participating from a mobile device is not recommended, because of the small screen and you might need to use the keyboard;
• Make sure to have a stable internet connection.

Prerequisites:

• ~2 years of experience working in an agile team, ideally in a leadership role such as Disciplined Agile scrum master, scrum master, product owner, or architecture owner.

• Understanding of the fundamentals of the DA tool kit by having done one or more of the following:

• Taken the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) course
• Taken The Basics of Disciplined Agile online course
• Read section 1, or more, of Choose Your WoW—Complementary digital copy included with DASSM
• The course book "Choose your WoW", PMI members can download the digital copy for free from HERE or it can be purchased from AMAZON (paperback or Kindle); 
• You are highly encouraged to read the first 3 chapters before course start date. You are welcome to skim through the rest of the book to see what is coming.
