Webinar: Embracing Agile Successfully - For Organisational and Personal Transformation

A group of professionals met recently at a PMI Singapore Chapter session to analyse what challenges and obstacles we face in the project management space. One of the prevailing issues was how to be more effective in the way we manage projects. How do we move away from traditional ways when becoming agile could optimise the way we deliver value to our stakeholders?

This session focuses on the soft aspects that maximise the result from Agile Transformation, rather than the mechanics of tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
