Challenge of Egypt is an Agile Project Management workshop where your skills and competencies on AGILE PROJECT MANAGEMENT is tested by experiential business simulation.
The Pharoh of Egypt wants to build a Pyramid around River Nile to secure his afterlife and he has identified respective roles to get this done within 15 months period.
The game is played for 3 rounds of 5 months each where different elements of Agile Project Management would be tested in real time scenario.
After every round there would be 15 mins of reflection to see what went right and what needs to be improved in order to complete the project objectives successfully.
