Lee R. Lambert is one of the Founders of the PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) in 1984.  He has a master’s in project management from George Washington University and was named a PMI Fellow in 2009. Lee has currently finished all the course work for his Construction Management Professional Credential.

He has just returned from Athens in Greece, where he was a Keynote Speaker for an International Construction Management Conference. He has been actively involved in the project management field for over 5 decades. He has held senior level positions in management for General Electric and the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. In 2007 Lee was named PMI Professional Development Provider of the Year and in 1995 he was recognised by PMI with a Distinguished Contribution Award for his innovative Professional Development Programs.  He has provided Keynote Speeches in 51 countries and is a Charter member of the KSA PMI Global Project Management Forum team.

Mr. Harihara, with 25 years of experience in industrial project delivery, has successfully led numerous greenfield and brownfield multimillion-dollar complex industrial projects and programs across various sectors, mainly in Singapore, France, India regions. He has executed projects in various industries such as Semicon, Solar/Photovoltaic (PV), Facility infrastructure, Pharmaceuticals, Water, Environmental pollution abatement, Refinery, LNG, CCUS, Petrochemical, Chemical. Currently, he holds the position of Senior Project Manager at Worley, a global professional services company specialising in the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors.

Harihara has delivered numerous keynote speeches at international conferences and institutions on the topic of Project Management excellence. He has been a long-time PMI volunteer, dedicated to supporting the project management community. Harihara is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, a MBA degree from Rutgers Business School, USA, as well as a Master of Science (CIM) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
