Ramani is Managing Director in GRT Consulting LLP, focusing on the areas of business process excellence across various industry domains, for niche premier clients.

Ramani also speaks at various international forums and is the author of a book 'Improving Business Performance - a Project Portfolio Management Approach' (featured in the PMI bookstore).

He specialises in adoption of best practices for project portfolio management towards superior business performance, from consulting, assessment and advisory role for large organisations.

Ramani also offers premier corporate and public workshops in the realm of program, portfolio, change and benefits management, including PgMP and PfMP.

He is the first accredited trainer based out of India for PRINCE2, MSP, MoP and P3O. He is also the first AXELOS Consulting Partner in Asia for multiple AXELOS products and for P3M3 (for PM maturity assessment and enhancement).

His company GRT Consulting is also currently the only organisation in India and very few globally, providing consulting and training for Project/ Program / Portfolio/ Risk Management, as per diverse global standards.

Ramani comes from strong consulting and delivery management background, with more than 25 years of professional experience in IT and Management Consulting (incl. in a Big 4 Consulting company). He held Leadership / Senior Managerial positions with P&L responsibilities.
