Notice is hereby given on 30 March 2025 to all PMI Singapore Chapter Members that the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Project Management Institute Singapore Chapter is called for 29 April 2025 as a Dinner Gathering.
We look forward to gathering in person again and are welcoming this opportunity to celebrate our Members and Volunteers.

Live Streaming will be available via Zoom as an additional access channel for those who cannot join in person. This will be a basic live stream with potential for technical limitations, because the venue does not have hybrid capability. If you would like to attend this AGM / earn 2 PDUs, please register between 2 April 2025 (1pm SGT) and 29 April 2025 (6pm SGT) via this page (unless full sooner) / Virtual access registration is until 8.30pm via the other event page linked above. You need to be logged in to our website for the registration button to become available (after sign up period begins). You can also cancel your registration after logging in before the cancellation deadline. Please note there is limited capacity and first come-first served applies as usual. For in-person: 5$ charge to ensure serious sign ups that you receive back in form of a Chapter webinar voucher when you attend. Voucher will be valid for two years and is not exchangeable for cash or any other credit. |

E-voting: Unique voting links will be emailed to eligible Chapter Members after midnight on Saturday, 26 April 2025. E-voting closes at 8.20pm SGT on Tuesday, 29 April 2025 (during the AGM). Candidates: Successful candidate list will be published on this event page. There might be roles where candidates run unopposed. |

Anyone with their PMI Singapore Chapter membership valid during the election is eligible to vote. You do not need to attend the AGM to vote. Please check your email associated with PMI to find your voting instructions - screenshot of a sample email is below. Eligible Chapter Members receive their own unique / personalised voting link by email after midnight on 26 April 2025. Sender address is noreply@eballot.com and it may be in your junk/spam folder. Said email contains the URL to the VoteNet website (https://eballot4.votenet.com/pmichapter) that is used for voting together with your unique username & password generated for this particular election. This is unrelated to your PMI login. Microsoft Defender may be blocking the link if you click it directly from the email, likely because the link includes a clicking tracker for stats of how many visit the log-in page. Actual vote is anonymous. You can simply copy the url text to paste in (https://eballot4.votenet.com/pmichapter) and you have your unique username & password from that same email.
