This fireside chat brings together industry leaders to explore the pressing environmental, economic, and social issues shaping sustainable development in both nations - from green infrastructure and circular economy models to cross-border collaboration and policy innovation.
Beyond challenges, the conversation will highlight innovative solutions being led by project managers, government agencies, and private sector organizations across the region. Attendees will learn how leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement are critical to advancing sustainability goals.

About the Speakers:
Ms. Clara Kwan Cheif Sustainability Officer (Singapore Manufacturing Federation) (LinkedIn) Panelist |
Clara Kwan is Chief Sustainability Officer at the Singapore Manufacturing Federation where she drives the advancement of sustainability strategies that align business ambition with recognised ESG standards. She works with companies across the region to embed ESG into core operations, strengthen assessments and chart strategic roadmaps for long-term resilience. With leadership experience spanning investment management, legal compliance and business operations, Clara has served in senior roles including COO, Head of Sustainability and Managing Director at a regional green power producer, and Global Head of Sustainability and Impact Investments at an international creative change firm. A recognised advocate for sustainable development and social impact, she contributes at board and advisory levels, guides organisations on governance, investment and ESG matters, and mentors the next generation of leaders. Clara also shares her expertise as a lecturer in sustainability leadership and governance. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from NUS, an Executive MBA from Kellogg-HKUST and multiple professional certifications in ESG and sustainability standards. |

Amanda Yeo currently serves as Lead Consultant - ESG and Sustainability at JFourth Solutions. Before transitioning to the ESG space in early 2023, she gained extensive experience in public policy through several impactful roles. She began her career as the Senior Private Secretary to two ministers in the Sabah state government (2018-2020) and later joined the Malaysian think tank EMIR Research (2020–2023). She also served as a Sustainability and Climate Change Experienced Associate at PwC Malaysia, enhancing her expertise in ESG frameworks and practices. Amanda is a GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) Certified Sustainability Professional and an HRDC-accredited ESG trainer. She completed IFRS S1 & S2 training under the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) in April 2025 to support clients with sustainability- and climate-related disclosures. As of August 2025, she has delivered training for SMEs, MNCs and PLCs in Kuala Lumpur, Sabah and Sarawak, collaborating with notable clients such as B. Braun Medical Industries, Sapura Secured Technologies and MST Golf. She also has an established training presence in Singapore, working with organisations such as the Singapore Fintech Academy and ISCA. Her tailored content for sectors like accounting, construction and logistics is consistently well-received by her audiences. She also serves as a Visiting Fellow at KSI Strategic Institute for Asia Pacific. Amanda holds an MSc in International Relations from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and a BSc in Economics and Finance from the University of London. |

Mr. Harihara Subramanian is a seasoned project leader with over 25 years of experience in industrial project delivery. He has successfully led complex greenfield and brownfield multimillion-dollar projects and programs across diverse sectors. His career spans Singapore, France, and India, with a strong track record in industries such as Semiconductor, Solar/Photovoltaic (PV), Facility Infrastructure, Pharmaceuticals, Water, Environmental Pollution Abatement, Refinery, Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage (CCUS), Hydrogen (H₂), Petrochemical, and Chemical. He currently serves as Senior Project Manager at Worley is a global provider of professional services to the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors. Harihara has delivered numerous keynote speeches at international conferences and academic institutions on topics related to project management excellence. A dedicated PMI volunteer for over a decade, Harihara has made significant contributions to the growth of the project management community and PMI Singapore at various roles including twice as Chapter President. He holds the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification, a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, an MBA from Rutgers Business School (USA), and a Master of Science (CIM) from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore). |
