David Goh brings over 25 years of distinguished experience in project and program management to this presentation. He will share insights from three major programs where he served in leadership roles, collaborating closely with clients as part of core project management teams. With a proven record of success managing multiple teams, David has developed extensive expertise throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific region. His comprehensive approach to project management spans from concept to delivery, emphasising financial control, contract management, scheduling, and quality assurance. David excels in stakeholder communication and engagement across all project lifecycle stages. His practical expertise is complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
