The goal of this session is to enable you to manage projects and distributed teams more effectively in a hybrid working environment. Be readily prepared to take on challenging assignments and overcome inefficiencies in existing projects. In this talk, we will discuss case studies, exchange experiences and provide practical solutions that give you the confidence to tackle challenges.

About the Speaker:
Nanda Prins (LinkedIn)
Manager, Talent Acquisition Strategy and Programs at Grab
MSc Human Resource Management & Training and AMBS GMBA Candidate, PMP, CMP, CSSBB
Nanda leads human resource programs and strategic projects for Grab across 13 countries. Her experience consists of managing both business- and consumer-facing programs and projects in the areas of human resources and technology. Nanda is highly detail-oriented and applies creativity, rationality and a growth mindset to all aspects of her life. You can find Nanda with her two daughters, studying or horse riding out of work.
Having worked in and with different countries, she understands the intricacies of working with various cultures and the complexities of developing and managing several large programs and projects, which she is looking forward to sharing with you.
