The intent of this review / changes is to ensure that PMI Singapore Chapter is fully aligned with the latest governance and standards of Registry of Societies in Singapore, as well as PMI Global. In reference to Constitution clause 11.1, any alteration or addition / deletion to the Constitution requires consent from voting Members. Please also note that following clause 11.3, the Society shall not amend its Constitution without prior approval in writing from Registry of Societies. This takes approximately 30 days after consent is granted. |
