Speakers' Profile

Ben Chang

Ben has an accumulative experiences of 15 years in project management, across multiple industries. He has attained PMI since 2008 and has managed mulitple projects from using waterfall methodology in corporate to agile product development in startups. He has been at Grab since December 2016 and has worked in two different disruption industries (transport and fintech) within Grab.

Alan Ambrose

Alan is a project management professional with 10+ years experience across Asia, Europe and Oceania.

He has been at Grab since January 2017 and specialises in working with startups and small businesses to adopt an Agile Mindset and build happy, autonomous and high performing teams.
