I have over 16 years of experience in implementing large scale digital initiatives for multiple fortune 500 companies across the globe. I carry significant industry experience in conceptualising, planning and implementing end to end digital transformations for Insurance and Banking organisations. I have led delivery of various IP Solutions / Products with niche business value proposition and high ROI.
I am currently working as Head of Global Delivery for AWPL (Asia Pacific) Pte. Ltd. I am responsible for customers and projects across the Globe. I manage P & L, ensure customer success, profitability and revenue growth for world-wide technology operations. I champion the technology implementations world-wide as a Project Director and drive large scale complex FINTECH and INSURTECH programmes on latest technologies such as Digital Transformations, Business Process Automation, RPA and AI. I steer and mentor a specialist teams of 150+ members, stationed world-wide with a focus on creating real business value for the client.
I am also a Member of Executive Committee of my organization, responsible for developing, prioritising and executing firm’s future development plans, building operational strategies and policies, controlling operational risks and uphold integrity and brand reputation.
