Prof. Paul Boudreau, BA, MBA, PMP, is a highly respected project management professional with over thirty-five years of experience in the technology industry. Paul is a college professor in Ottawa, Canada, where he teaches in the project management program. He also teaches a course on using AI in project management to students at the Skema School of Business in France. Paul is a global leader in researching and applying AI concepts to project management, focusing on machine learning, natural language processing, and genetic algorithms. He is determined to find ways to dramatically improve project performance.

Paul has written three books about using AI for project management, Applying Artificial Intelligence to Project Management (2019), How the Project Management Office Can Use Artificial Intelligence to Improve the Bottom Line (2020), and The Self Driving Project: Using Artificial Intelligence to Deliver Project Success (2021). Paul is a well-known speaker who presents compelling arguments as to why AI technology will become essential to how we deliver projects.

Mr. Cuong Quang has 15 years of experience in the planning and delivery of major banking and resource mega projects, and 5 years of experience in the research and application of AI to infrastructure, health and transport projects. He is the co-founder and an Executive Director of Octant AI, an Australian software company that researches and builds AI products for early and accurate detection of financial distress in capital portfolios. Current and past clients include banks, and governments such as World Bank, Hong Kong Development Bureau, Office of Projects Victoria, and construction and engineering firms such as BMD and Laing O’Rourke.

He graduated with Distinction and several academic prizes from the MSc in Major Programme Management at Said Business School and Merton College, Oxford University, and had the honour of being elected as the first Associate Scholar from the MSc. He is a Chartered Project Manager and Engineering Executive with Engineers Australia, Certified Practicing Project Manager with the Australian Institute of Project Management and graduated with a double degree in Mechanical Engineering (Hons 1) and Commerce from the University of Western Australia.

Mr. Harihara is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional and currently Vice President at PMI Singapore Chapter and Chair of MIIP SIG & POY Awards, all as volunteering roles. For the past 23 years, he successfully delivered various greenfield & brownfield multimillion-dollar EPCm industrial projects and programs,and have hands-on project delivery experience across various industrial sectors, such as hi-tech industries Viz., Semicon, Solar/ Photovoltaic (PV), facility infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, water, environmental pollution abatement, refinery, CCUS, petrochemical, chemical, and also experienced in manufacturing & operational function. He works for Worley (global provider of professional services in the energy, chemicals and resources sectors) as Senior Project Manager.

He has delivered various keynote speeches at international conferences & institutions in the context of Project Management excellence and a PMI volunteer to support the project management community. Harihara holds an MBA degree, from Rutgers Business School, USA, and a Master of Science (CIM) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
