Waiting list is open in case we get cancellations. 160 pax limit. Randomised seating.

Dress code: not too casual

Attendance is not required to be able to cast your vote in the election. In 2023, all candidates are unopposed, so there is no voting in this election.

If you would like to attend this AGM / earn 2 PDUs, please register between 2 March 2023 (1pm SGT) and 30 March 2023 (4pm SGT) via this page (unless full sooner) / Virtual access registration is until 7.30pm via the other event page linked above.

You need to be logged in to our website for the registration button to become available (after sign up period begins). You can also cancel your registration after logging in before the deadline.

Please note there is limited capacity and first come-first served applies as usual.

For in-person: 20$ charge to ensure serious sign ups that you receive back in form of Grab Food voucher when you attend. As this is an in person event the Chapter is sponsoring, please cancel no later than 20 March 2023 if you cannot attend, otherwise we will need to charge a no-show fee of 70$. You can transfer to another member instead. Contact events (at) pmi.org.sg for assistance

Executive Committee Candidate Nomination

Extension was because we were still looking for candidates especially for Committee Member (at least 3 more), Assistant Treasurer (at least 1) and Internal Auditor (at least 1, ideally 2)

Original Nomination submission deadline is now 11.59 pm SGT on 25 March 2023. Thank you for stepping up to join the election and supporting the chapter. 

Candidates need a unique proposer and seconder who are current Chapter Members. Suggestion is to obtain a screenshot of their Dashboards from my.pmi.org to confirm details like PMI ID, Singapore Chapter membership & its expiry (not just global PMI).

Anyone with their PMI Singapore Chapter membership valid during the election is eligible to vote.

You do not need to attend the AGM to vote. 

Please check your email associated with PMI to find your voting instructions - screenshot of a sample email is below.

Eligible Chapter Members receive their own unique / personalised voting link by email after midnight on 28 March 2023. Sender address is noreply@eballot.com and it may be in your junk/spam folder.

Said email contains the URL to the VoteNet website (https://eballot4.votenet.com/pmichapter) that is used for voting together with your unique username & password generated for this particular election. This is unrelated to your PMI login.

Microsoft Defender may be blocking the link if you click it directly from the email, likely because the link includes a clicking tracker for stats of how many visit the log-in page. Actual vote is anonymous. You can simply copy the url text to paste in (https://eballot4.votenet.com/pmichapter) and you have your unique username & password from that same email. 

If you can't find your voting notification and think you should have received it - please contact chaptersupport.asiapac {AT} pmi.org  directly with your name, PMI ID, email address for support.
