I am currently working as Senior Director, Project Management in Emerson Process Management, leading a team of Project Managers, Project Analysts, controllers & Administrators. Also leading the Digital Transformation program for Asia Pacific in my organization. Having graduated in Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.,) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.,), I have 36 Years of working experience in Project Management, Service Management & Operations Management. Since graduation, have worked in various multinational companies such as Engineers India Limited, Yokogawa Engineering Asia, Emerson Process Management etc., managing projects and programs in Industries such as Oil and Gas, Chemicals, marine, Mining, Pharmaceutical, Power, Water treatment, Pulp & Paper etc., The value of projects and programs range from 1 MUSD to 100 MUSD. Had been a Toastmaster with Competent Communicator and Competent Leader credentials and have a passion for Public speaking, conducting seminars & Training. I am privileged to be part of SPMI from 2015 to 2017 as Board member and from 2017-2019 as Honorary Secretary. •As Board member (2015 ~ 2017), I conducted Programs such as Focus Group, Boot Camps and workshops and was the Co-Chair for Symposium 2016. During the term 2016 ~ 2017, I was Chair for Symposium 2017. All the events and the Symposium had been conducted successfully, drawing much satisfaction from all chapter members. •As Honorary Secretary (2017~2019 and again from 2020 ~ 2021) and as Vice President for the term 2021 -2022, I discharged my responsibilities with focus and commitment, conducting business as per the SPMI constitution |
