The "Successful Influencing Skills for Project Managers" talk will give you an awareness and learning of how to influence your stakeholders more effectively at all levels. Influence in projects is important. We need to influence stakeholders' expectations, obtain buy-in to complete tasks and projects without delays, manage 'tough' stakeholders and mobilize resources from stakeholders to ensure that our projects are successful.
How do you influence when you do not have positional power? You will learn techniques to help you achieve success in your projects and at the same time build a positive working relationship with your stakeholders.
