2 October 2013 | Demand-driven Value Networks: Supply Chain Transformation for Predictable Business Outcomes
- A MUST attend event for IT & Project Management professionals involved in Global & Regional Supply Chain Projects
In today’s world of economic uncertainties, rising costs, increased risks and shortage of talent, globalized and complex supply chains need to be managed differently from that in the past. Traditional, often reactive approach to supply chain management is incapable of meeting today’s challenges. Industry best practices are increasingly leaning towards demand-driven value networks which are far more responsive, agile and collaborative. Add to this, the Nexus of Forces – social, mobile, cloud and the big data – is providing new ways to manage the supply chains. Business and supply chain leaders need to understand the current maturity of their supply chain processes and create strategic roadmaps for developing relevant capabilities.
In this presentation, Debashis will present key issues and challenges faced by global and regional supply chains, as well as share process and technology best practices adopted by leading global organizations across demand, supply and product networks.
