Project and program professionals live in a changing world. By their nature this is an environment in which they thrive in. In today's economic, political and regulatory environment there is however one constant. The need for change and hence for professionals who can delivery change.
However, the context in which project and program professionals are operating in has changed. There is less change budget so change has to work first time. The regulatory framework is driving fast reaction to new rulings. Cost efficiency is distributing the program team to different locations and cultures.

About the Speaker
Jeremy Sutton is the Global Head of CFO Program Services within Credit Suisse and also serves as the Global Head of the IT Project Management Job family, the career track for 1,350 Credit Suisse technologists. Previously he was a senior member of the Investment Banking Project Services team after which he took overall delivery responsibility for the HR Transformation program within the bank.
Before joining Credit Suisse he had a 12 year career as a management consultant with Accenture focusing on large scale transformation programs within the financial services industry, after which he had a 3 year spell at JPMorgan Chase working within the Worldwide Securities Services organization. Jeremy holds a degree in Business Computing Systems from the City University in London.
