  • Introduction of Project Management to PMI Singapore Chapter members, current Singapore Polytechnic Students, and alumni - on how Project Management is applied in direct industries (Construction & Medical Devices), via sharing from Industry Practitioners

  • To have a better understanding of Project Management, Applications in Real Life & Possible Certification pathways

  • 2 Hour Online Webinar + Q&A - with 2 different speakers with PMP certifications.

Vivian is a Singaporean and a former student of Singapore Polytechnic’s Manufacturing Engineering diploma course. Upon her graduation, she went on to pursue a honours degree in Manufacturing Engineering & Management in Loughborough University of Technology (UK).

Upon completion of her university studies, Vivian kicked-off her career as a Process Engineer in a wafer fabrication foundry. Thereafter, Vivian had the opportunity to acquire new skills in various roles, ranging from R&D to Technology Transfer. Vivian found her calling in project management in the medical device industry and made gradual progression from being a Project Manager to that of a Program Manager. During her course of work, Vivian successfully obtained her certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM®).

Vivian’s specialty: Connecting the dots and people, seeing a bigger picture - and making things happen!
