Webinar: Unlocking Your Adaptive Leadership Skills - A Case Study Approach

An organisation that is not developing leaders faster than the pace of change is “planning” for strategic failure. In the end, if leadership does not evolve, the organisation loses heart and degenerates in its purpose and capability.

It is well known that better leadership gives better business results. However, there are also leaders who are better known for their command and control behaviours. How this can hinder the growth & success of individuals on their team.

Do we know why some leaders showcase better behaviours? And what happens inside the brain of leaders who are known for building high performance teams?

This webinar will introduce the Universal Model of Leadership - the first of its kind that integrates the field of leadership development. It creates leadership awareness to help leaders be more effective and succeed. See how it could complement you as project management professional.

Objectives:

  • What if we could somehow get snapshot of our brain on paper and somehow it could help us visualise areas of our leadership strength and weakness.
  • What if we were able to see leadership competencies within ourselves that make us react to a sensitive situation?
  • Similarly, the competencies within ourselves that make us creative for some out of box situation.
  • How could we describe "current state" as a baseline and let that inform or compare to our aspiration?
  • What does the 360 Degree Assessment look like?

If you too have similar questions, then this talk will give you some insights and perspective.

Join this interactive session to explore the value drivers of adaptive leadership and what can be done in order for you to first understand yourself and then have a discussion with your team to give them physiological safety that could help them to outperform in their current role.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Understanding next steps in your project leadership roles;
  • Understanding and applying the universal leadership model;
  • Understanding the application of 360 Assessment;
  • Importance of coaching in building high performance teams;
  • Understanding key leadership competencies;
  • Learning by doing: Real time application of 360 Assessment (case study).

Presentation and Discussion Method:

Instead of just lecturing, the speaker prefers an interactive format where participants also share their ideas and ask questions using Slido. Audience participation reinforces learning from lectures, enables company executives to share ideas with colleagues and, in general, deepens understanding of the subject material.
