There is one thing which is certain in our professional and personal life and that is uncertainty. This uncertainty brings change which can either contribute to our growth or undesirable results. It is our choice to use the super power of being human which is imagination. We can either create opportunities being creative or get into the vicious cycles of negativity that bring fear and anxiety. It all depends on how we respond to the Crisis, manage our emotions but not control them.
If we let our emotions get into this negativity, our productivity level is highly impacted as it depletes the ability to use our basic common sense and creativity to find solutions. Leader’s Perspective plays a vital role in achieving team goals. This workshop is designed to help Leaders effectively adapt to change and also help their team members contribute to the mission and vision of the organisation. This is done by assisting them in shifting their focus from problems to possibilities during Crisis. In this workshop, we will learn proven tools and techniques to reprogram our mind to drive your team performance by adopting a growth mindset.
Project managers new to Neuro Linguistic Programming and Growth mindset will learn:
- How to communicate risk during crisis;
- How to motivate the team to stay productive during crisis;
- How to adopt growth mindset to shift the focus of the team from problems to possibilities.
Experienced project managers or practitioners will learn:
- How to help your team to align their personal vision and mission to organisation’s mission and vision;
- Realign the team mindset to work together with integrity and trust;
- How to enhance performance and productivity levels by proven coaching techniques to help them stay motivated during crisis;
- How to build emotional resilience by rethinking and reinventing the leadership to adapt to "new normal".
Have you ever wondered about the following?
- In a given team of 10 members, why do we see only 2-3 members being the high achievers and rest to be average and below average performers?
- As a Leader, what you can do to motivate your team to unlearn and relearn to stay productive during crisis?
- Why do trainings fail? What can we do not to push the team, but to push their boundaries to contribute to the vision and mission of the organisation?
- How to lead your team to maintain integrity during crisis, irrespective of gender, generational and cultural diversity?
