Thank you to National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and U Associate for a fruitful dialogue session this morning. We are pleased to continue working together and renewed our MOU. It was signed by NTUC Assistant Secretary-General Mr Melvin Yong and PMI Singapore Chapter President Mr Hari Hara, in presence of other representatives (including Project Management Institute Asia Pacific), most of whom joined via VC to adhere to safe distancing measures.
We would like to thank our Outreach Team, John Lee, Chua Lee Koon & Dr. Jian-Yuan Lee, for driving the conversation leading to this important event. Dialogue topics covered a crucial area of acquiring & retaining talent in Project Management Profession, targeted at three segments in particular:
Project Management Institute Singapore Chapter strives to maintain a solid understanding of common challenges in talent acquisition & retention faced in the Project Management sector and will persist in exploring further collaboration avenues with NTUC to overcome them for the project management community.
