We enjoyed hosting the PMI Singapore Chapter Mentoring Program Half-Way Review Event on 15 January 2020.
Since kicking off our first-ever edition late in 2019, the mentor-mentee pairs started their mentoring sessions. This meeting allowed each pair to share their agreed goals and provided feedback on the progress of the mentoring program. Sharing sessions with lessons learnt and how to best accomplish goals help us all improve for the next batch and help other pairs in having better meetings
As the event was held close to the Lunar New Year, we took the opportunity to celebrate CNY with our members with the Lo Hei ceremony.
We appreciated the contribution, commitment and participation of each and every person.
We look forward to seeing them again at the Mentoring-Wrap Up and Celebration Night.
