I am an astute Technology Leader and PMI Mentor with 20 years of rich international experience across Product Development, Programme/Project/Agile Best Practices, and Transformation in different market (Supply Chain, FSI, eGovernment). As a Project Director, I lead Project Management best practices in a key transformational project. A believer of building digital competencies, I hold various certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, Scrum Leadership and ITIL V4. I am passionate about Digitalization and Transformation and how Technology can empower the business.

I have demonstrated significant successes across a wide variety of roles, including Head of Project Delivery. Product Owner, Technical Manager, Solutions Architect and Senior Consultant in large international projects for important clients such as Citibank, Singapore Airlines, FedEx, and the Brunei and Singapore governments. My performance and commitment has been acknowledged through promotions, a “Top Manager” award, and a nomination to a prestigious leadership program.

I believe in team building and have groomed & mentored leaders in both technology excellence and agile/project delivery. Leveraging my experience and skills to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across different regions, positions and cultures is one of my key strengths, and I lead my team members to do the same. This has enabled me to provide technical advocacy and develop many trusted partnerships with my business leaders.
