I am currently working as Director, Project Management in Emerson Automation Solution, Singapore managing Project and Program across USA, Europe and Asia Pacific. In addition to the Program and Project Management Role at Emerson, I have also Conceptualized the Industry vertical and now managing the Sales and operations integration and Project Governance for Life Sciences Projects for Asia Pacific Countries in y organization. Having an MBA (Nanyang fellows) from NTU (Singapore) in 2006, Post Graduate in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur (India), International Advanced Management Program from MIT, Boston (USA) and Engineering degree from NIT (Surat), I have 29 years’ of experience across geography – 15 Years in Singapore / 11 years in India / 2 years in Nordics (Europe) / 1 year in South Korea - in various roles ranging from Operations Management and Project Management.

Since graduation, have worked in companies like Reliance Industries in India and Emerson Automation Solution in Singapore and Nordics, managing projects in industries like Life Sciences, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power generation, Upstream Oil & Gas, Telecom, Automation etc. Have led as overall Program Manager for many strategic multi-million Doller Programs for my organization’s clients with team spread across USA, Europe, Asia Pacific, and focus on Governance, stakeholder management and Risk Management and overall Financial Management and Controls

In my current role as Director of Projects, I need to conduct audit and review of ongoing Projects. My organization is ISO certified for conduting all internal and customer oriented Projects and also for all internal operational processes. There are internal reviews and external reviews conducted by ISO Lead auditors and I do particiapte in the auditing pro cess.

Also, in my previous organization, I was working as in ternal ISO Lead auditor and had obtained the BvQI London’s ISO Lead auditor certificate as well.

Also in my current role, I am responsible for P & L of the Projects and the financial reviews become part of my daily work.
