About this 18th Symposium
"The Alchemy of Project Management"

Gain new perspective and as you learn from real-world examples - you will leave with a practical & relevant toolkit that can be put to work right away. Join this hybrid Symposium on 16-17 Nov 2023 (16 PDUs). Come learn with us, from anywhere.

PMI Singapore Chapter Regional Symposium is one of Asia’s leading annual conferences attended by around 400 professionals, executives, scholars and practitioners. We are bringing project and programme managers together for two days of purposeful learning and networking on 16-17 November 2023. Delegate journey is by design.
The underlying objective this year is to go back to project management foundations while striking a balance with the many new tools and trends. Focus is on a "how to" approach.
Get ready to immerse yourself in a captivating Symposium that will expand your horizons. Be prepared to challenge your assumptions, explore new possibilities, and embrace a fresh perspective on project management. Maybe you will re-evaluate your own approach to ways of working.

✅ This will be an event like no other, where we guide you through a purposefully designed learning journey that will help you absorb knowledge through collaborative activities.
We unite practitioners and subject matter experts from across different industries, and provide an excellent platform to discuss Economy & Industry trends, latest developments, best practices & future trajectory in Project, Program & Portfolio Management and Leadership.
>> Over 200 project managers were asked what should be addressed, which led to including practical use of technology / AI, sustainability & optimisation of the way we work. Other topics revolve around leadership & stakeholders, design thinking, forgotten tools & techniques, best practices and innovative trends in project, program and portfolio management.

UTAP approved - scroll for details how to get up to 50% of ticket cost refunded.

Event costs have been rising exponentially and we are subsidising our Chapter Members to match last year's price (same since 2020). We continue to recognise PMI Global and NTUC members

Group / Corporate registrations for 3+ delegates are now also available - either with us via invoicing or we can create a discount coupon for your staff to use directly. Please reach out via the contact page. We welcome overseas delegates too - can invoice internationally.
