Dear Members,

As I assume the role of Chapter President, I am deeply grateful for the trust you have bestowed upon me once again. I envision a chapter characterised by dynamic growth, innovative practices, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. My unwavering dedication to advancing project management and enriching our community remains resolute. Over the upcoming term, our focus will be on expanding avenues for both professional and personal advancement, nurturing a culture of volunteerism, and adapting to the ever-evolving landscape of our industry. Together, we will uphold PMI's core values while embracing change and fostering innovation.

Collaboration lies at the heart of our endeavors, as we strive to implement initiatives that enrich our members, our community, and the project management profession at large. Our agenda is brimming with diverse activities, ranging from cutting-edge professional development events to our flagship Symposium, the prestigious Project of the Year Awards, WiPM, and the Mentoring Program. Notably, our Major Infrastructure & Industrial Projects (MIIP) - Specific Interest Group (SIG) have been pivotal in furnishing invaluable insights promoting thought leadership, providing a platform for knowledge exchange, best practice sharing, and industry networking. We aim to launch other industry interest groups.

I extend a warm welcome to our new Executive Committee, especially with the inclusion of five women leaders whose diverse expertise and strong dedication will be instrumental in our collective pursuit of goals. Together, we will propel our chapter to new heights, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and inclusivity within our community and beyond. Thank you for your steadfast support and commitment.

Yours sincerely,
together with Executive Committee for the term 2024-25
