17 Sep 2020: Optimising Agile by Remote Ways of Working – Panel Discussion (Virtual)
Co-location has always been considered as the best way to propagate agile practices among teams and programs. The year 2020 has forced all of us to retrospect if we need to evolve from the learnings and practices that were established a few decades ago. Having said that, with social distancing in place for most of the countries, every industry is adapting to the changed way of working. With the experiments to challenge the status quo, running over a period of six months, we are now at a point in time where we can analyse using real examples that business agility can be achieved beyond co-location.
