Key Benefits

  • One of the most prestigious awards for project management professionals and organisations in Singapore to get recognised and rewarded for their outstanding projects, supported by Singapore's EDB and NTUC.
  • A platform for organisations to showcase their capabilities and achievements, and learn from other organisations.
  • Organisations have the chance to raise the awareness about their projects and the PM profession among their senior executives.
  • Winners of PMI Singapore Chapter's PoY get an opportunity to compete for the prestigious global PMI Awards. Thus raising the recognition at a global level.
  • PoY Winners will be recognised in PMI Singapore Chapter's publications, website.
  • PoY winners will be published in PMI Global periodicals.

Eligibility

  • The project must have been completed between 1 September 2018 and 31 December 2020.

  • The project must be implemented in Singapore or carried out by a company based in Singapore or originated from Singapore.

  • Total $ size of the project must meet conditions of the two award categories as set out in the next section.

  • An organisation can submit a maximum of three projects per category and may submit projects in multiple categories.

  • The nominated project has not won any PMI Distinguished Project Awards.

  • The nominated project has not been a Finalist nor participated in the last 5 years of our Chapter's PoY Awards.

  • PMI affiliation is not necessary for nomination.

Categories

Business & Information Systems

  • Sub-category A: more than SGD 2 million in Project value

  • Sub-category B: between SGD 500k and SGD 2 million in Project value

  • Sub-category C: between SGD 200k and SGD 500k in Project value

Engineering & Construction

  • Sub-category A: more than SGD 200 million in Project value

  • Sub-category B: between SGD 50 million and SGD 200 million in Project value

  • Sub-category C: between SGD 20 million and SGD 50 million in Project value
