Mr. Marco Chung

My name is Marco Chung, a PMI Certified Project Management Professional since year 2008. I am an accomplished, MBA and MSc qualified PMO and Head of Program with over 15 years of successful experience in diverse technology project management, telecommunication, customer electronics and logistics, globally, with the ability to oversee multimillion-dollar projects aligning business goals with technology solutions.

My experience allows me to ensure customer-centric service, agile response and a result-driven approach, while also being an excellent Portfolio Management Manager leveraging business models and project data analytics to formulate communication strategies and best ROI to the sponsors/investors.

It is my honor to be SPMI board member and Co-Chair the Project Of Year in the PMI Singapore Charter this year. I hope my experience and network could bring in the additional values to POY program and inspire the industries to recognize the values of project management to their business.
