Mr. S. Harihara Subramanian, MBA, MSc, PMP

I am Harihara, a PMI Certified Project Management Professional since year 2008 with keen interest in managing capital industrial projects and programs, PMC, strategy development, sales, and business development.   

Over the past ~20 years, I have successfully delivered multi-million-dollar projects. I have hands-on experience in managing Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC), industrial projects across wide industrial segments involving multi-disciplinary project design engineering for the following sectors: Infrastructure, hi-tech industrial segments such as Microelectronics, Photo-voltaic (Solar) industries, Petrochemical, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Energy, Pharmaceuticals and Environmental projects. Currently, I am working as Project Manager for a major engineering company, Worley. Prior to this I have worked in leading other MNCs such as JACOBS, CH2M, Foster Wheeler in various roles across Singapore, France, and India.

I am highly passionate about volunteering with PMI Singapore for the development, training of the vibrant PM community in Singapore. I have completed MBA, Rutgers Business school, State university of New Jersey USA and Master of Science, NTU, Singapore.

On a volunteer role, currently serving as Immediate Past President, PMI Singapore Chapter. I am residing in Singapore since year 2002. My strong support is to influence skill development for the team, for greater understanding of general business processes and project management methodologies, value engineering with broad interest in technology developments and practical solutions which ultimately helps to achieve project economy. In past, I have received, twice the SPMI President award, for exemplary leadership & extraordinary commitment, twice the, PMI Singapore extra-mile award, for supporting PM community in Singapore.
