Co-location has always been considered as the best way to propagate agile practices among teams and programs. Year 2020 has forced all of us to retrospect if we need to evolve from the learnings and practices that were established few decades ago.
Having said that, with social distancing in place for most of the countries, every industry is adapting to the changed way of working. With the experiments to challenge the status quo, running over a period of six months, we are now at a point in time where we can analyse using real examples that business agility can be achieved beyond co-location.

About the Panel:

Yasha Dabas is a Technologist, Coach, Facilitator and Trainer currently working with Standard Chartered Bank. Yasha is specialised in agile ways of working including practices of DevOps, Human Design Thinking and Lean attributed to her experience in past where she has herself experienced roles such as Feature Team Developer, Product Owner and Scrum Master. Yasha is a Mechanical Engineer who has spent around 15 years in financial IT services and is involved with agile transformation since past 8 years.
She also works closely with SC Ventures as an Intrapreneur selected as part of 2018 Innovation drive.
Yasha is also the founder of “Women In Agile Singapore” non-profit organisation, a chapter of worldwide Women In Agile organisation. She is an active member of Agile-DevOps & Business Agility communities inside and outside of the organisation in Singapore, India, China, Malaysia & Australia.

Anna Tee is an enterprise agility coach currently with one of the leading banks in Singapore. Her team created the agile way of working in partnership with the client, positively impacting both product and delivery teams. She is an experienced consultant with hands-on digital transformation experience in UK and Southeast Asia markets for over 7 years. She started her agile journey in a start-up in London as a product manager and she now partners clients in their digital transformation journeys, advising on enterprise agility, customer experience and agile software delivery lifecycle.

Managing Director, Why Innovation!
Yann Hamon is the Managing Director of why innovation!, a consultancy specialised in accelerating digital transformation by increasing business agility and digital innovation. Over the past years, the company has helped many big companies to tackle innovation challenges by nurturing a culture of agility and enhancing the development of new digital products, services and ways of working.
Yann carries over 30 years of experience in software, system and product engineering and 20 years of practice in Organisational Change Management with a focus on Agile Enterprise, Product Organisation and Digital Innovation. Through his international career in Europe, Australia and Asia, he has worked and supported a variety of individuals and teams in technology and business, from engineers to CxOs. He owns a PhD in Computer Sciences, specialised in Artificial Intelligence for Software Engineering.
