Job Description:
Define the scope of the project, roles, and responsibilities along with various stakeholders

Participate in the allocation of budget, staff, and any other resource(s) that are needed to accomplish or achieve set out goals (projects), and also monitor the performance of every project

Occasionally participate in pre-sales advisory and scoping to the Sales Team on proposals and pitches for business

Maintain correct project time frames, estimates, and status reports

Prioritize requirements and define the scope to meet market needs in a timely manner given available resources

Educating clients with the onboarding process and training when required

Develop, maintain, and distribute standard project management deliverables for the successful launch of new products and services, including: gap analysis, implementation plan, project schedule, project budget, technical/functional specifications and variances, issues & action items log, meeting minutes, risks assessment and contingencies

Accountable for on time product delivery, product quality, cost, and operations


Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

Ability to build relationships across many fronts

Ability to work in a team as well as an individual with little or no supervision

Degree in any IT-related discipline

Min 5 years of relevant working experience in a project management setting

Strong project management skills with the ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously

Technically savvy and able to ramp up on new technologies quickly

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals

Experience with Agile methodologies

Any other certification e.g. PMP / PRINCE II certification
