Webinar: Future of Project Economy in a Disruptive World

Future of Project Economy in a Disruptive World

We lived in a disruptive world before COVID-19; we looked at globalisation, AI, virtualisation, global warming, rise of national isolation and others. The pandemic added to that, very quickly and impactfully to every human and our societies. Like any disruption, it is detrimental to some and beneficial to others.

Learn how project management evolves into a full set of capabilities, as called by PMI "the project economy", and supports humanity to better tackle disruptions by providing security and order to move into our future.

This talk covers following dimensions:

  • Provide some new information and techniques - presentation includes references to books and articles intended to be of interest for the audience to dig deeper and apply;
  • What does Project Economy mean - what is it, how did it emerge and where could it be in future;
  • Opportunities for PMs during and after disruptions to Ethical Values and Leadership - which are common human values, how to become a better person and why does it help to be a good leader.

Learning outcomes from this webinar:

  • Being optimistic;
  • Wanting to become value based;
  • How to become resilient.

After attending this webinar, you will be able to:

  • Deep dive into becoming a good person, if you want;
  • Rethink your perceptions of culture;
  • Pave your way to become a better leader.
