We have been speaking, discussing and deliberating about VUCA for many years now and how agility can help in ruling the change. But nobody, not even expert of the experts, could predict the situation the business is in today. COVID-19 has changed business, our way of working and our lives for ever.

Bill Gates once said, “Success today requires the agility and drive to constantly rethink, reinvigorate, react, and reinvent.” In this session, Ms. Priya Patra will discuss how we can rethink, reinvigorate and reinvent our way of working in #COVID19 era and beyond.

She will focus on:

1. Self-Centricity - We will play a small game of discovering our quarantine persona and how it has an effect on our peers and teams. We will also introspect to see how we can manage self-wellbeing for success;

2. Customer Centricity - We will discuss how proactive steps to comfort customers and protect their safety and financial confidence can bring them close in the era of social distancing;

3. Team Centricity - Some tips to prioritise safety and wellness, be it physical, psychological and emotional of our teams and inspire them forever.

• Recognise how our personas can change in the COVID-19 era;
• Reflect on how the concept of “centricity” can help us to engage ourselves, customers and inspire the team at the highest level in the COVID -19 era and beyond;
