Said email contains the URL to the VoteNet website that is used for voting together with your own username & password generated for this particular election. This is unrelated to your PMI login.
Anyone with their PMI Singapore Chapter membership valid during the election is eligible to vote. You did not need to attend the AGM to vote. Please check your email associated with PMI to find your voting instructions - screenshot of the email is below.

Notice was first given on 28 February 2021 by Mr Suria Raghavan, Honorary Secretary, to all PMI Singapore Chapter Members that the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Project Management Institute Singapore Chapter will be held on 31 March 2021. A new notice is hereby given on 30 March 2021 by Honorary Secretary for a rescheduled AGM according to the following details:

NOMINATION SUBMISSION - now closed
The prescribed nomination form for EC Term 2021-22 can be downloaded from HERE.
We strongly encourage candidates to not leave this until last minute, because consented scans of signatures need to be obtained from a proposer and a seconder on their filled out form. What is more, for a nomination to qualify, the candidate, proposer and seconder must be PMI Singapore Chapter members at the time of nomination and their membership must be valid at least until 31 March 2021.

>> Candidates are not allowed to address the members present at AGM (constitution clause 9.13). What is more, according to PMI rules, nobody is allowed to campaign / electioneer in any way (nor have anyone do this on their behalf). Objective is for chapter members to vote based on individual’s profile and not their network. Any promotion for an election is seen as having an unfair advantage and will result in disqualification. In avoidance of doubt, this refers to self-promotion and on someone's behalf.
All election and nominee information will be presented by the Chapter’s Nomination / Election Committees and must be presented in a fair and equitable way that offers all candidates the same platform to promote themselves as a candidate.

3. AGM Location - will be held online
Access details will be emailed directly to registered chapter members on the AGM day. Understandably, we do not publish such details in public domain.

Kindly note that the 2 Leadership PDUs will be earned only by certified members who pre-register on this page by 6.30pm on 29 April 2021 to attend the AGM online and are present. (This is also to say that PDUs will not be credited to those who attend the meeting but have not pre-registered - and of course this is applicable only to those who have a PMI certification to maintain.)

We have been advised by the authorities to defer conducting the Election until they issue a clarification regarding regulatory requirement for non-Singapore Citizen / PR holding ExCo roles in non-profit societies.
This is why the Election Committee has not yet announced the successful (eligible) candidates for election.
In practice, we may have to postpone the election and with that, the AGM. As soon as we have concrete information to share with you, we will email everyone again.

While we are waiting for a resolution (official answer) from the authorities on the important matter of eligibility - kindly refer to update from 24 March - we would like to apologise for not being able to conduct the AGM and Election as originally planned for 31 March 2021. Apart from the important matter still unclear, this is also because previous financial year's audited accounts (Treasurer’s Report) are not yet available.
Suria Raghavan, Honorary Secretary, is hereby giving a new 30 day notice (constitution clause 10.6 and in reference to 10.1).
The new AGM date is now set for 29 April 2021 at 7pm SGT. The meeting will be conducted via Zoom. Access details will be shared with registered participants closer to the date.

21st AGM goes ahead as planned on 29 April 2021 at 7pm SGT. Registration / cancellation window closes at 6.30pm SGT on the event day.
Please be informed that the Election will be held separately - within one month of the AGM - as stipulated in our constitution clause 10.2.4. It will be conducted electronically as previously announced.
The reason for deferring the election is that the Chapter had to apply to Ministry of Manpower (MOM) for a Letter of Consent (LOC) for each non-SC / non-PR candidate and we are waiting for the outcome. Once we conclude this process, the Election Committee will be able to announce all successful candidates and share election / voting details.
President's Report and Audited Financial Report will be uploaded to this AGM event page by Thursday morning. As we did not receive any further AOB items, the agenda we shared on 24 March 2021 still stands.
