Jonathan Paddy

 Jonathan has over 23 years’ experience in change management, most recently in senior project and programme management roles in the banking sector. He is currently the Head of Tax Programme and Change Delivery at Standard Chartered Bank with a responsibility for all global change initiatives within the tax domain. Throughout his banking career Jonathan has worked across multiple domains, bringing best practice in both the practical and people related aspects of delivery to his projects. As a result, he considers himself first and foremost a project and change management professional. Jonathan is a passionate advocate of PMI training and certification having attained his PMP in 2016, he has subsequently gone on to focus particularly on the disciplined agile certification pathway, attaining the DASSM and DAVSC certifications. The excellent events run by the Singapore chapter on disciplined agile were what inspired him to get more involved in the chapter's running. Last year, Jonathan chaired the independent constitutional review committee (ICRC), helping the chapter to update its constitution and renew its charter through a successful briefing session and vote of the members.
